Were almost two weeks into the new year and so far so good.
I still wanted to share my goal my goal for the month
1. Lose 5 lbs
I know its a small goal but I also know it will give me more motivation to beat that goal the end of the month I didn't want want to give myself an impossible number like 20 lbs to later to be disappointed . Start Weight : 348.6
2. Daily Skincare
I'm totally bad at keeping up with my day to day skin care routine. I want more healthy and bright skin
3. No more pop or juice.
I will be drinking water and tea and my morning smoothie . Thats it .
4. Be more active on my social media platforms
The only way to grow my follower count is be active and post quality things . Ive been lazy when it comes to posting .
This month is short and simple
I will update you all on my February goals
