January Goals

It took me while to figure out what goals I wanted to set for myself this year.
I have so many I want to accomplish
So I've decided to break them up for each month
There won't be a set amount of goals each month it all depends on what I have going on in my life !  
And just because the the month is over doesn't mean I stop my goal I just add new ones each month 


1. Keep track of my daily exercise and food intake . I will be using sparkpeople.com 
2. Drink 8 cups of water daily 
3. Post at least 3 times a week on my blog
